Courses in lib 574 and lib 774 this semester

Mike Crumpton just sent an announcement that several courses will be meeting in Tower rooms this semester.

• CTP 206-02 taught by Lalenja Harrington is scheduled to meet in Library 774 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-12:15
• ENG 101-02N taught by Susanne Blevins is scheduled to meet in Library 574 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-12:15

So Tuesday morning Ref deskers will probably be pointing some students up to the Tower this week and next.

Happy New Semester, a couple of notes related to some changes; first of all, we have been asked by the Registrar's Office to assist with a campus classroom problem, specifically on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  This impacts our rooms in the tower, 774 and 574, which will be used for classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  As of now that schedule is:

CTP 206-02 taught by Lalenja Harrington is scheduled to meet in Library 774 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-12:15.  ENG 101-02N taught by Susanne Blevins is scheduled to meet in Library 574 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00-12:15.

These rooms have been outfitted with equipment from ITS, not ERIT, and will be receiving some additional desks and chairs to accommodate this need.  The rooms are still available outside of the class times through normal channels.  I'll share more information if anything changes but just know that is helping solve a serious classroom problem.

Also, we've had a scheduling conflict with City Transfer, so the furniture move and surplus run originally planned for Wednesday will be rescheduled for the following Wednesday, the 31st, please plan accordingly.
