TellMeMore Database Issue

I have reported an issue to ERHelp that the TellMeMore database is not allowing access once you get to the Rosetta Stone portion of the login.  I received this from Kate:


I have been working on this for about six months and cannot get an answer :(  I will repoke the people we are supposed to be in contact with.  It looks to be a problem on their end, and not a configuration issue with us, as well have literally done everything we can to fix this.

Pronunciator is a good alternative in the meantime!
