Last night and this morning some students have had difficulty getting to videos assigned to them for NUR 706, Dr. Germain's class out at Union Square (distance education, these students are probably off campus).
I cc'd erhelp@uncg.edu so they know that there have been problems. The database is acting funny (long delays, a link into a video opening an entirely different kind of file) also I think there were problems with the links.
If you hear from any students who need help getting to videos from Sage Research Methods , please do what you'd normally do - get the title of the video that they need, and walk them through searching for it in the database. One person asked Mark for "safe videos" so remember you might not get the whole story when you first hear the question.
