Google is an easy way to find health statistics for many common health conditions

This county search won't work for all topics. Also, someone might ask "what are some big health problems in my county?" meaning that they want to look at an overview of county health. N.C. public health departments post a "state of the county health" report, mortality data, and more.
Also we do have subscriptions with health statistics. I like PolicyMap, which pulls together health, demographic, and other statistics from many sources.
