Census updates

1. FactFinder is no longer being developed or added to. (2017 is the last ACS data there; there is no industry/business data since 2016). FactFinder will remain running until Spring 2020. See https://www.census.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2019/aff-data-census-gov-transition.html for more.
2. The 2017 Economic Census data is starting to get rolled out in the new data.census.gov tool. https://www.census.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2019/economic-census-first-look.html.
3. New NAICS code: Research and Development in Nanotechnology (NAICS 541713)  -- will be useful for the Nano School as they pursue market and employment opportunities.
4. The newish/renamed Annual Business Survey (ABS) now covers the Census data on entrepreneurs, women-owned businesses, and minority-owned businesses.
5. And another redesign for https://www.census.gov/.
