You may see chats from PSC 520 students (the instructor is Allison Bramwell). They have something called a CityLab assignment, which is not related to the CITI Lab. They're supposed to choose two cities and an issue faced by both of those cities and do some research.
If you get one of these chats, refer them to the PSC 520 LibGuide and help as best as you can, but feel free to refer them to Rachel - rachel.olsen@uncg.edu or go.uncg.edu/rachel if they want to make an appointment. They've had a library instruction session so hopefully they know what to do, but just in case!
