We discovered the issue described below occurring with our APA ULTRA tutorial over the weekend and wanted to make sure everyone is aware in case it comes up in the future.
If a patron reaches out because they're unable to get a grade of 100 on an ULTRA library tutorial after multiple attempts, then it might be related to a quick check question in the tutorial being wrongly included in the grade calculation at the end. We use non-graded quick check questions throughout our tutorials, but only the quiz questions at the end of a tutorial should be included in a grade. The tutorials produce a certificate of completion, regardless of the grade received, but if you suspect the above issue is happening on a specific tutorial, please let Sam Harlow or Joshua Olsen know which tutorial, and any other pertinent details, so they can address the issue.
