A STERN warning about sound

OK, I'm too big a wimp to be very stern, but please don't mute the sound on the desk computers or turn it very low. that often causes the next person on the desk to miss chats because they don't hear the ding! There also appears to be an IE problem with sound, so use Firefox for chat to avoid complications. thanks, Mary
