I decided to check out the new location of the TRC - this is a collection in the new School of Education Building, next to Bryan. It is on the third floor near the elevators. For new folks, it houses children's books, some audiobooks and videos for children, and the elementary and secondary textbooks. A lot of the young adult books are popular fiction that might be read by college students, for example, I saw some Jodi Picoult novels while I was over there. The textbooks, unfortunately, are in the lower level of the building which is kept locked and these must be retrieved by TRC staff. But if people need to browse children's books, it's a great place to go, we have a few in this building but it's not a separate collection. from Mary
