Searching journal A-Z list
A quick searching tip - the journal A-Z list is VERY inflexible in searching. If you leave a word out of the full journal title, you won't retrieve it. So searching for Journal of American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry will NOT pull up the actual title Journal of THE American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The list allows virtually no keyword searching UNLESS you switch the drop down menu right under the search box from "STARTS with" to "Match all words" or "Match any word". For interns in particular, take a look and be very careful before telling someone we don't have a title. I'm not sure if it's possible to change the default on the search, but I'll check into that.
