Systel came by this morning and replaced the toner cartridge with a (semi) high volume cartridge (prints for approx. 9300 pages) and also brought us the extra back-up cartridge, which is now located in the REF office closet on shelf 18. This is only for black & white, which is located on the far right inside the printer.
The Systel representative also mentioned that when the cartridge is ready to be replaced, we should replace it with the back-up and then call 6-TECH to order another. The old cartridge should be put back in the closet somewhere, and Systel will pick it up for recycling when they return.
