ID cards of graduating students giving error when printing

A few students have reported "transaction not valid" or similar error messages when trying to print.

Spartan Card Services staff told me that students graduating in May have already been "removed from the system" and there's no way to predict how long they'll be able to use their ID cards to print.

Students should be able to go to Card Services, typically open 8-5 Mon-Fri.

There they can get money back from their  SpartanCash accounts (if they have $10 or more) or they can get their card reactivated for 4 hours to use the fund. No refunds on Flex money. This page has more info on the kinds of money on ID cards.
