Please do NOT copy ERIT on ANY e-mails sent to 6-Tech. Apparently, our help desk software is causing issues for their help desk. If there is an issue that you feel both ERIT and 6-Tech need to be aware of, then please email us separately.
Also, at this point it is no longer necessary to e-mail ERIT when you request toner for the public printers. However, if there is an issue with getting toner (e.g. it takes much longer than expected to receive it) , then please e-mail me directly about the problem.
